- OCI Gateway acts as a facilitator in the OCI card application process. We are not responsible for the final decision regarding the approval or rejection of your application. The decision rests solely with the relevant embassy or consulate.
2. Submission to Embassy and VFS Responsibility
- Once your application has been submitted to the embassy or consulate via VFS, they assume full responsibility for processing your application. Any delays or issues arising during this stage are beyond our control. We can only provide guidance based on the timelines and information provided by VFS or the embassy.
3. Delays in Application Processing
- OCI Gateway is not responsible for any delays in the processing of your application. These delays may be due to factors within the control of VFS, the embassy, or other external entities. We advise our clients based on the estimated processing times provided by these organizations.
4. Essential Supporting Documents
- Clients must submit all essential supporting documents as specified by VFS. Failure to provide the required documentation may result in delays or rejection of the application.
- In certain cases, the embassy or VFS may request additional documentation. It is the client's responsibility to provide any additional documents required for the processing of the application.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
- Once the application process has commenced and fees have been paid, they are non-refundable under any circumstances, including rejection or withdrawal of the application.
6. Limitation of Liability
- OCI Gateway is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by delays, rejection of applications, or any other issues that arise once the application is submitted to VFS or the embassy.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- OCI Gateway reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the client's responsibility to review these terms regularly.
